We are seeking a highly driven and results-oriented Business Development professional with a focus on IT Staff Augmentation services. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth through providing skilled IT professionals on contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent basis.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in Staff Augmentation / IT resource outsourcing.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with decision-makers, HR, Procurement, and Delivery Managers.
- Understand client staffing requirements and provide suitable resource solutions.
- Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure timely fulfillment of client needs.
- Negotiate terms, contracts, and pricing with clients to achieve win-win outcomes.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and performance KPIs.
- Research and analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline, reporting, and CRM updates.
- Represent the company at networking events, conferences, and industry forums.
