We are looking for fluent Tamil speaking Customer Support Professionals for handling both Inbound and Outbound calls. The candidates will be responsible for assisting customers, resolving queries, providing product / service information, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Job Responsibilities : -
- Handle Inbound customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Make Outbound calls for follow-ups, feedback, and service reminders.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and escalate unresolved cases to the senior team.
- Maintain call and customer records in CRM systems.
- Maintain professionalism, empathy, and customer-centric communication.
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Follow call scripts, company policies, and compliance standards.
Desired Candidate Profile : -
At least 6 months of prior experience in BPO / Call Center / Customer Service.Fluency in Tamil (reading, writing, speaking).Good command of Hindi and / or English preferred.Excellent communication and listening skills.Ability to handle customer pressure and complaints positively.Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.Contact Details : - Jagriti (7838422964), Amit (7678602048) & Navneet (8700570163) from 10 am to 7 pm (Monday to Saturday).
