Researchthemarket-growth,competitors,brokersandtheirpastperformanceetc.basiswhichalignonthetargetsincludingrenewalversusfreshpremium,projectionsbymonth,compositionbydifferentlinesofinsuranceetc.
Developanactionplanfortheteamtodrivethetargetsbybrokers,linesofbusinessandsalesthroughtheexistingsignatureaccounts,ensuringachievementofdefinedtopline / bottom-linetargets.
Supportteamincreating / bundlingappropriatedealsforexistingclientsandmanagingtherelationshipeffectivelytoensureclientacquisition,confidence,engagementandretention
Discussupscale / cross-sellopportunitieswithclientstodrivegrowthofthebusinessconductedandrevenuegenerated
Driveplansforincreasing / decreasingbusinesswithexistingbrokersandsigningupnewbrokers.
Maintainqualityofproductportfoliostoensureportfoliosofferedmeetclients'requirementsaswellasgenerateproductwise.
2. Capabilitydevelopment
Regularlyengageindiscussionswithteamonprospects,closures,andcommitmentsaswellasprovideguidancetotheteamtoensurethateachLoBandlocationisachievingitstargets.
Identifyclients'requirements / evolvingmarketenvironmentandidentifygapsinvariousbusinessprocesses / operationstodriveimprovementsrequiredtodriverevenuetarget
Reviewvariouspoliciesduringrenewalsandrecommendrevisionsintermsofriskcoverage.
Providetrainingstobrokerstoensuretheyareequippedwithknowledgeofvariousproductsandsalescapabilitiestogeneratemaximumleads.
Maintainindepthunderstandingofmarket,developmentsacrossvarioussectorsandBAGIC'svariousproductstohaveinformeddiscussionswithclientswhilepitchingtothemforbusiness / discussingotherbusinessmatters
3. Relationshipmanagement
Buildlongtermrelationshipwithkeybrokersandinterveneinresolvingescalatedissues(likeclaims,policyissuanceetc.)forontimeredressalofgrievancesandconcerns
Conductregularmeetingswiththebrokers.Sharecollateralandproductinformationthroughmailers.
Recommendrewardsandrecognitionprogramstobedrivenforbrokerstoensurelong-termpartnershipandsustainablebusinessgeneration.
Contributetostrengtheningclientrelationshipsbyconductingvariousengagementactivitieslikewellnessprogrammes,organizingeventslikecricketmatchesetcfortheclients.
4. Teamdevelopment
Participateinrecruitmentprocesstoidentifytherighttalentforvariouspositionswithinthedirectbusinessteam
Establishindividualperformanceexpectationsandregularlyreviewindividualperformanceoftheteam
