Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of accounting experience in a manufacturing or food industry environment and a strong academic background. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance while contributing to our strategic financial planning. This is an immediate joining opportunity for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Reporting & Management : Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, including balance sheets and profit & loss accounts.
• Bookkeeping & Record-Keeping : Manage daily accounting activities, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded in Zoho and other relevant software.
• Accounts Management : Efficiently handle accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing, payments, and collections.
• Compliance & Audit Support : Ensure strict compliance with financial regulations and internal policies. Assist in internal and external audits by preparing and providing necessary documentation.
• Taxation : Manage and ensure timely filing of GST returns and other relevant tax filings.
• Financial Analysis : Support management by assisting with budgeting, financial forecasting, and variance analysis to aid in business decisions.
