Job Summary

We are looking for a

highly motivated and detail-oriented Accountant (CA qualified)

to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will bring

3–5 years of proven accounting experience , strong technical skills, and the ability to manage end-to-end financial operations. Prior experience with Singapore accounting practices will be an added advantage. This role offers an

immediate joining opportunity

for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Reporting :

Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements (balance sheet, P&L, cash flow).

Bookkeeping & Records :

Manage daily accounting activities using

Zoho, Xero, and related software .

Accounts Management :

Oversee accounts payable / receivable, invoicing, collections, and payments.

Compliance & Audit :

Ensure compliance with regulations; support both internal and external audits.

Taxation :

Handle GST filing and other statutory tax compliance in Singapore.

Financial Analysis :

Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support decision-making.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Education :

A Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.

Academic Background :

Strong academic record (minimum 85% or equivalent).

Experience : 3–5 years

Software Proficiency :

Hands-on expertise in

Zoho

and

Xero .

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

High attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work independently and manage tight deadlines
