Position Overview :

Join Diligent's high-impact global Deal Desk team and play a key role at the heart of our revenue engine. As a Deal Desk Specialist, you'll partner closely with Sales, Legal, and Finance teams across the world, supporting fast-moving deals, shaping customer agreements, and ensuring every contract flows seamlessly through Salesforce before hitting our ERP and invoicing systems.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone in India who wants to build a career in Revenue Operations, work across global markets, and gain deep exposure to world-class SaaS commercial processes. You'll report into a Deal Desk Lead and directly contribute to revenue accuracy, customer experience, and the successful integration of new acquisitions. Key Responsibilities :

• Build, review, and approve customer quotes and contracts in Salesforce (SFDC) with speed and accuracy.
• Deliver exceptional service through our support queues, meeting all SLAs while ensuring high-quality outputs.
• Develop a strong understanding of Diligent's products and pricing to guide internal stakeholders.
• Support Revenue Operations in integrating newly acquired companies—helping unify processes and bring them into SFDC.
• Work flexibly during month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close cycles to support global teams.
• Take on new responsibilities as our operations evolve in a fast-growing SaaS environment.
