Key Responsibilities :

• Design and Development : Lead the development and implementation of complex automation workflows using Microsoft Power Automate (Flow), including both cloud and desktop flows.
• Integration : Integrate Power Automate solutions with various Microsoft 365 Apps (Outlook, SharePoint Online, Teams) and external systems using standard connectors and custom HTTP requests.
• API Utilization : Utilize REST APIs for seamless data exchange and integration between Microsoft services and other third-party applications.
• Email Automation : Develop and maintain advanced Outlook Add-ins & Macros using Office JavaScript API and VBA to automate email-centric tasks.
• Web Technologies : Apply knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JSON for building custom connectors, formatting data, and designing interactive elements within automation solutions.
• Azure Integration : Implement and manage complex serverless workflows using Azure Logic Apps as required, often in conjunction with Power Automate.
• Troubleshooting & Optimization : Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing automation solutions for performance, reliability, and security.
• Documentation & Governance : Create and maintain technical documentation, and adhere to best practices for governance, security, and lifecycle management of Power Platform solutions.
