Fullstack Mobile Engineer (Swift + Kotlin)

We are seeking a Fullstack Mobile Engineer (Swift + Kotlin) to join our team. As a Fullstack MobileEngineerr, you will lead a team of developers and contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of our mobile applications across multiple platforms. Your technical proficiency, leadership abilities, and strong understanding of iOS, Android, and Java / Swift will be instrumental in delivering high-quality software solutions.

The Role

• Lead and mentor a team of mobile developers, providing technical guidance and support throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and backend developers, to define project requirements and deliverables.
• Design and develop scalable, secure, and user-friendly mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in Java and Swift programming languages.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with backend developers to integrate mobile applications with RESTful APIs and other backend services.
• Implement new features, enhancements, and improvements to existing mobile applications.
• Perform thorough testing and debugging to ensure high-quality, bug-free software.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in mobile application development and propose innovative ideas for improvement.
• Collaborate with the QA team to identify and resolve any performance, compatibility, or security issues.
• Work in an Agile development environment, actively participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint retrospectives.
• Lead the team in adopting best practices, tools, and technologies for efficient development and continuous improvement.
