About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Flutter Developer with proven expertise in building scalable, high-performance mobile applications using Flutter and Dart. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in UX / UI design, experience with AI-assisted development tools, and a stable employment history. This role involves close collaboration with product managers, designers, and backend engineers in an Agile environment, contributing to the development of applications that serve thousands of users.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart
• Design responsive and accessible user interfaces aligned with modern UX principles
• Participate actively in Agile processes including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
• Integrate AI-assisted development tools to enhance productivity and code quality
• Implement state management solutions such as Bloc, Provider, or Riverpod
• Integrate RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and Firebase services
• Set up and maintain CI / CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Fastlane, or Codemagic
• Conduct code reviews, write unit and widget tests, and optimize performance using analytics tools
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical decision-making
