E-Commerce Executive

Toni Rossi is a leading leather footwear brand in Chennai and We are seeking a detail-oriented E commerce Executive to join our Team. The ideal candidate reports to the Brand Manager and will be responsible for coordinating with design and logistics / dispatch teams, taking care of our listing across the E-commerce platforms, Coordinating with our logistics team.

Responsibilities :

Upload and Maintain, Listings, Stock and Inventory for Shopify, Amazon, Myntra, Nykaa, etc.

Manage Ads on E commerce platforms.

Analyse sell-through and prepare reports to assess performance Monthly, Quarterly and Annually.

Coordinate with our Logistics partners to ensure timely pick up and delivery of our shipments.

Designing graphics for social media, websites, email campaigns, and marketing materials as needed.

Edit and enhance images, illustrations, and visual assets.

This is a full-time office based role in Chennai.

Requirements : Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Footwear Design, Leather Technology, or a related field.

0-1 years of experience in e commerce, preferably in fashion accessories.

Strong understanding of e commerce platforms, listings, ads and sales patterns

Excellent communication and vendor management skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and merchandising tools.

Eye for detail, style, and commercial awareness.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).

Ability to take direction, meet deadlines, and work independently.

Bonus Skills (Preferred, Not Required) : Basic knowledge of video editing or motion graphics.

Experience with Canva, Figma, or other design tools.

Familiarity with UI / UX design principles.
