Specialist Sales, Marketing & Business Development

NEMA Development Pvt. Ltd. | Gurugram | Full-Time | Luxury Design & Build

NEMA Development Pvt. Ltd. — a leading luxury  Architecture, Interiors & Parametric Design  firm with 200+ delivered residences — is expanding its senior leadership team.

We are hiring a  dynamic, polished AVP / Head of Sales, Marketing & Business Development  who can represent a high-value luxury brand, convert premium clients, and lead NEMA’s growth.

🔶 Role : AVP – Sales, Marketing & Business Development

Location :  Sector 67, Gurugram

Experience :  5–12 years in luxury interiors / real estate / design / premium brands

Compensation :  Competitive + Incentives

Reporting To :  Co-Founder & CEO

🔶 Key Responsibilities 1. High-Value Sales & Client Conversion

  • Handle inbound leads from website, Instagram, & referrals
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations & walkthroughs
  • Prepare proposals, commercials & BOQs
  • Maintain CRM and track lead-to-conversion funnel

2. Telecalling & Lead Qualification (IMPORTANT – Newly Added)

  • Conduct  daily telecalling  to :
  • Qualify fresh enquiries
  • Understand client requirements, budgets & timelines
  • Fix meetings for design team or management
  • Follow up with warm & dormant leads
  • Maintain structured call logs and call-back discipline
  • Ensure every enquiry receives a response within  1–2 hours
  • Improve telecalling → meeting booking → conversion ratio
  • 3. Marketing & Brand Building

  • Supervise content creation (reels, posts, teasers & campaigns)
  • Elevate NEMA’s brand storytelling for luxury interiors & parametric design
  • Coordinate with creative team, editors & photographers
  • Maintain monthly content calendar (12–15 premium posts / month)
  • 4. Internal Coordination

  • Liaise with design, execution, factory & accounts teams
  • Ensure smooth flow of client information across departments
  • 5. Strategic Growth

  • Contribute to NEMA Build expansion
  • Support collaborations, exhibitions & global partnerships
