Role Overview

The General Manager – Sales will be responsible for leading the sales function for a luxury residential project at Pashan, Pune. The role involves driving sales performance, managing the site sales team, ensuring achievement of revenue targets, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in luxury real estate sales, strong leadership skills, and an in-depth understanding of Pune's premium housing market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the sales operations for the assigned luxury project site.
  • Oversee the sales team and ensure achievement of individual and overall sales targets.
  • Develop and execute site-specific sales strategies and promotional activities.
  • Conduct high-level client meetings, property presentations, and negotiations.
  • Build and nurture relationships with HNI clients, channel partners, and corporate clients.
  • Collaborate with marketing, CRM, finance, and legal teams for smooth client transactions.
  • Monitor project inventory, pricing, and client feedback to optimize sales performance.
  • Ensure strong brand representation at the site through customer service excellence and professional conduct.
  • Track competitor projects, pricing trends, and customer preferences. Maintain updated sales reports and ensure effective use of CRM tools.

Requirements

  • 15 to 20 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 5–7 years handling luxury projects.
  • Proven experience in leading on-site sales operations and achieving revenue targets.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Deep understanding of Pune's luxury residential market and buyer profiles.
  • Professional, dynamic, and result-oriented personality.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Real Estate.
  • Preferred : MBA / PGDM in Sales, Marketing, or Real Estate.
