Business Finance Specialist

At  HomeSlice Stays Pvt Ltd , we're scaling a design-led chain of homestays and serviced apartments. As we grow,  finance & accounts is the most crucial gap we need to fix . We're looking for a  Business Finance Specialist  who will  take ownership of accounts, P&L, and financial systems , and ensure leadership has clear visibility on numbers.

What You'll Do

• Own and streamline  Accounts & P&L  across multiple properties.
• Maintain accuracy in  Tally or Zoho Books , ensuring compliance (GST, TDS, reconciliations).
• Build systems to improve  management visibility & team performance .
• Deliver  clear reporting & insights  on revenue, costs, and profitability.
• Identify gaps, bring  solutions , and implement stronger processes.
• Oversee and guide a  Junior Accountant  who will support you with daily entries and reconciliations.
