Job Description :
- 11+ yrs of experience as sales hunter
- Good to have exposure to US capital markets / Private banks / Mutual fund companies / Credit unions / Stockbrokers for disclosure management solutions
- Must have done business plans, strategies, competition analysis
- Must have exposure to D2E sales and handling channel partners / intermediaries
- Must have worked with intermediaries like audit firms, consulting firms and brokerage agencies
- Own / deliver at least $ 3 million of freshly hunted business a year
- Good at monitoring market conditions and regulatory dynamics for proactive planning Good at leveraging LinkedIn for lead generation
- Generous in outbound calling, fixing meetings and plan the travel
- Open to travel extensively to US for client meetings, partner meetings, events and conferences
- Ability to understand client business, qualify, interact with buying personas, articulate value proposition and win
- Exposure to CRM, report sales metrics on periodic basis
- Should preferably be : MBA preferably IIM A, or B Experience in global sales, especially US sales must - Smart mind.
Problem solving capabilities :
Must have worked in US; or have travelled extensively to US on business.Education in US useful; not necessary.Must have a US B1 / B2 visa.(ref : iimjobs.com)
