About the Role

Provide high-quality executive support—calendar, travel, documentation, communication—while guarding time and information flow. You will interface with internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring every interaction is precise and professional.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complex calendars, meetings, and leadership offsites;

prepare agendas and minutes.

reconcile expenses and maintain records.

Qualifications

prior executive supportexperience preferred.
