Payroll : Epergne Solutions

Experience : 6 to 12 years

Location : Pune / Hyderabad / Bangalore and Remote / Hybrid Work (2 days WFO)

Hiring : Contract 2 Hire

Technical : Strong domain data understanding and data analytics

Functional : Strong Business Analysis(Lead BA, Proxy PO Skills), Agile / Scrum, Project and Stakeholder Management, Team Management.

Excellent communication skills, Immediate starters, Flexible to accommodate client work hours as needed.

Technical Expectations :

1. Excellent business knowledge OneSource Suite of Corporate Tax & Services (Nice to have)

2. Excellent knowledge and insights in Corporate Tax Laws in UK, US and / or one or more countries (Must have)

3. Expert business knowledge working on at least ONE Corporate Tax suite understanding and documenting requirements through the life cycle changes of the product (Must have)

4. Basic understanding / knowhow of tools like SAP, Avalara, Edicom, PTMS, Corporate Tax etc (Nice to have)

Responsibilities :

1. Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.

2. Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.

3. Performing requirements analysis.

4. Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.

5. Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.

6. Be part of user acceptance testing and capture outcomes.

7. Updating, implementing, and maintaining procedures.

8. Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.

9. Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users.

10. Good working knowledge of Agile / Scrum approach to software development, current technologies and frameworks.

11. Ensure that all activities adhere to any existing regulatory procedures and company SOPs.

12. Provide timely updates and escalations to reporting manager

13. Flexible working in local and overlapping time zones to meet project requirements and timelines

14. Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations on demand

15. Professional conduct with external clients, projects and cross team interactions

Qualifications Required :

1. A bachelor s degree and MBA (Must Have) or in similar degree / diploma.

2. A minimum of 7 to 11 years of experience in business analysis with at least 6 -9 years related to Corporate Taxation domain in one or more countries (Must Have).

3. Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.

4. The ability to work with and influence stakeholders to determine acceptable solutions.

5. Excellent documentation skills enabling quick transition of requirements towards implementation.

6. Excellent organizational, written and verbal English communication skills as well as the ability to interact with staff at all levels of the organization are essential.
