Responsibilities :

Build and run A / B tests with Optimizely.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and execute experiments.
Implement front-end changes (JavaScript, HTML, CSS).
Analyze experiment results and share insights.
Maintain experiment documentation and QA.

Skills & Qualifications :

6+ years of front-end development experience.

Hands-on with Optimizely or similar platforms.

Strong understanding of A / B testing and analytics tools.

Experience with feature flagging a plus.

Knowledge of React, Angular, or Vue.js preferred.
