Who are we looking for?

We are looking for experienced Product Management Consultant with MSME expertise to join our exclusive talent pool for an upcoming 12-month strategic engagement with a leading consulting firm and a prominent public sector bank in Mumbai.

The consultant will work on MSME product innovation and ecosystem building, providing valuable insights, designing client-centric financial products, and supporting implementation of strategic initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who want to make a significant impact through product strategy, innovation, and collaboration.

Role & Responsibilities :

• Lead MSME product innovation - design and develop tailored lending, trade, and investment solutions aligned with client needs.
• Reimagine and enhance existing MSME product suites to improve customer reach, usability, and profitability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product roadmaps, business models, and go-to-market strategies.
• Support process improvements in MSME product lifecycle management - from conceptualization to rollout and monitoring.
• Drive the creation of digital MSME ecosystems, enabling co-lending, supply chain, and marketplace solutions in partnership with NBFCs, fintechs, and enterprises.
• Optimize customer acquisition and sourcing strategies, leveraging data-driven insights and digital platforms.
• Monitor product performance, customer feedback, and market trends to identify continuous improvement opportunities.
