Key Project Ownership & 01 Launches
- Lead planning, execution, and delivery of new projects from concept to launch.
- Drive market research, feasibility assessment, pilot planning, and scale-up strategies.
- Own timelines, resources, and stakeholder management to ensure smooth Go-Live.
2. P&L Management
Own revenue, cost, margins, and overall profitability for the assigned vertical / project.Continuously monitor financial performance and take corrective actions to achieve business targets.Work closely with finance to drive AOP inputs, forecasting, and budget alignment.3. AOP & Business Planning
Lead annual operating plan (AOP) preparation for the vertical.Translate business goals into measurable plans, KPIs, and execution frameworks.Track performance metrics and implement strategic interventions to achieve targets.4. Sales & GTM Strategy
Define and execute sales strategy to drive revenue growth.Identify new channels, customer segments, and monetisation opportunities.Collaborate with sales, product, operations, and marketing for GTM execution.5. Cross-Functional Leadership
