Hiring : Growth Manager

Job Pay : 30,000- 50,000 per month
We’re looking for a Growth Manager to drive brand visibility, LinkedIn growth, lead generation, and startup ecosystem engagement across our BizConnect and XploR verticals.
Key Responsibilities
Grow leadership and brand presence on LinkedIn (content, engagement & audience growth)
Manage monthly content calendars and performance metrics
Execute LinkedIn lead generation via Sales Navigator & automation tools
Build & maintain high-quality prospect databases using Apollo / Lusha
Coordinate telecalling, demos & pre-sales alignment
Represent XploR at startup forums (TiE, NSRCEL, Startup Grind, Bengaluru Tech Summit, Elevate, etc.)
Apply for government grants (Elevate, Idea2PoC, Startup India) & manage submissions
Build partnerships with incubators, accelerators & investors
Track performance dashboards & report growth insights
