Provide legal support and advice on corporate governance issues

Draft and review contracts and legal documents
Ensure legal compliance
Represent the company in legal matters
Conduct legal research
Liaise with external legal counsels
Assist with mergers and acquisitions
Manage corporate records
Advise on risk management

Education

Bachelors of Law (B.L / L.L.B)
