Key Responsibilities :
- Should have excellent relationship with Banks, FIs, and NBFCs at various levels and have excellent experience in liaisoning with Banks, FIs, and NBFCs.
- Should have experience in Preparation of TEV report covering Technical feasibility of the project, Financial / commercial feasibility of the project with analysis of cost of project, Means of Finance, DSCR / IRR / Breakeven etc. ratios and Industry / market Research
- Should have developed complete financial model from scratch and well versed in understanding of the assumption in the TEV report
- Good communication skills and understating of Bank functioning, Bank products, Bank policies especially relating to lending, credit facilities, cash flow, restructuring, resolution of stressed assets etc.
- Knowledge of technical assessment of the project.
- General insight into working of various industry / sector segments and their trends. The person should have experience in drafting financial model from scratch and drafting entire appraisal report (LIE, TEV and bank reports)
- The person should ensure successful completion of the assignment within timelines as per client / banks requirements.
- Should have excellent knowledge of preparation and review of financial model with hands on experience of preparation of information memorandum, Credit Appraisal Note and any other documentation or information that may be required by lenders / investors to ensure successful deal closure.
- Experience in dealing with multiple client and task.
- Travel across various project locations as per requirement for project site / unit visits / monitoring of implementation
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking and exceptional communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
Skills :
Strong Relationship Management & Interpersonal Skills.Requires sound operational process knowledge of Credit appraisal, due diligence and legal documentation, Financial Modelling from scratch and AnalysisKnowledge of MS Office Qualification and Desired ExperienceExperience & Education Qualification :
