• Key Responsibilities :
• Manage the entire candidate journey from application to shortlisting, ensuring a structured and efficient hiring process.
• Identify, attract, and engage top talent across all candidate sources using innovative sourcing methods and advanced techniques like Boolean searches.
• Use data-driven insights to analyse sourcing and conversion data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to assess the effectiveness of recruitment efforts.
• Conduct intake meetings with Hiring Managers to align on role requirements, ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring process.
• Requirements :
• Familiarity with ATS and data analysis tools.
