Why this role
Own prospecting → discovery → demo → proposal → negotiation → close for AI transformation deals (LLM / RAG, agentic workflows, analytics, custom development). Help build playbooks, deck templates, and pricing narratives with the team.
What you’ll do
- Own the full sales cycle : ICP research, outbound, discovery, solution mapping, demos, proposals / SOWs, negotiation, and close.
- Open new logos across India / GCC / US mid-market; expand pilots into rollouts.
- Translate discovery into solutions with engineers (RAG, LangGraph / LangChain, multi-agent workflows, data pipelines, integrations).
- Create collateral : case decks, one-pagers, ROI models, talk tracks; present to CXO / VP stakeholders.
- Forecast and report : maintain a clean CRM pipeline; weekly forecast and KPI hygiene.
- Build GTM motion : sequences, objection handling, qualification rubric, pricing guardrails.
- Market intelligence : feed competitive insights into offers, scoping, and messaging.
What makes you a great fit
3–6 years in B2B software / services sales (IC, quota-carrying) with proven full-cycle hunting + closing .Track record closing ₹50–150L+ / yr in custom software / AI / analytics or equivalent services.Technical fluency : comfortable selling APIs, data flows, LLM / RAG , agentic / automation solutions; can co-scope POCs with engineers.Excellent proposals & presentations : turn discovery into clear scope, commercials, and crisp decks.Startup readiness : builder mindset, hands-on prospecting.Preferred : Computer Science degree (or equivalent CS fundamentals), experience with HubSpot / Pipedrive and Sales Navigator, exposure to BFSI / Healthcare / Manufacturing / Logistics.AI tools for Sales & Marketing (experience required)
Prospect research & enrichment : Clay, Apollo / ZoomInfo, Clearbit, Sales Navigator.AI research / search : ChatGPT, Perplexity, Exa / Tavily (for account insights, trigger events, message drafts).Outbound & sequencing : HubSpot / Pipedrive with AI assist, Outreach / Lemlist / Lavender; personalization at scale.Automation & agents : n8n / Make / Zapier; comfort orchestrating mini-agents / workflows for list-building, enrichment, routing.Data & signals : web scraping / phantom tools (e.g., PhantomBuster / HeyReach) used responsibly; firmographic / technographic filters.Enablement : Notion / Confluence playbooks; proposal automation; basic analytics dashboards.Bonus if you’ve experimented with agentic prospecting flows (e.g., “researcher → summarizer → personalizer → sequencer”), or used tools like LangGraph / LangChain to prototype demo assistants.
