We are seeking a talented and experienced Salesforce Developers at Mid & Senior levels to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive development experience on the Salesforce platform, including coding and configuration, and will play a crucial role in leading projects and mentoring team members. Overall responsibilities

Design and provide architecture diagrams for applications as needed. Implement best practices, code coverage, unit test practices, and perform code reviews. Participate in requirement elicitation sessions to analyse technical requirements and provide effort estimations. Support team members and peers to ensure end-to-end delivery of tasks.

Skillset required :

• Develop and customize solutions using Salesforce Lightning, Metadata, and Declarative Tools (Flow, App Builder).
• Implement API integrations (REST, XML, JSON, Middleware, P-P) and work with data management tools (Data Loader, Workbench, ETL, SOQL, SOSL).
• Ensure compliance with Salesforce architecture, governor limits, and best practices, including AppExchange integrations.
• Work with CI / CD tools and Agile / Scrum methodologies to streamline deployments.
• Utilize Salesforce IDEs (VS Code, Salesforce CLI, SFDX, IntelliJ) for development and debugging.
• Apply object-oriented programming and software design principles to create scalable solutions.

Experience :

2 - 6 years of experience in Salesforce development, with a focus on coding and configuration. Proven track record of leading Salesforce projects and mentoring team members.
