Work Hours : 6 : 00 PM – 3 : 00 AM IST (US Business Hours)

Location : Remote (Work From Home)

Employment Type : Full-time

Compensation : Up to ₹12 Lakhs per Annum

Job Overview :

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Salesforce Developer with 4–5 years of hands-on development experience. This is a full-time, remote, client-facing role that requires excellent English communication skills and availability during 6 : 00 PM – 3 : 00 AM IST. The ideal candidate should be a strong problem solver, capable of delivering scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions while collaborating directly with clients.

Key Responsibilities :

Work directly with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements, present solutions, and provide technical support.
Design, develop, test, and deploy solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, SOQL / SOSL.
Configure Salesforce declarative features such as Flows, Validation Rules, Process Builder, Approval Processes, Page Layouts.
Develop and maintain integrations with third-party applications using REST / SOAP APIs, middleware, or AppExchange tools.
Participate in client meetings, demos, and solution walkthroughs with clear and fluent English communication.
Ensure code quality with best practices, peer reviews, and unit testing.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner, ensuring client satisfaction.
Keep up to date with the latest Salesforce releases and features.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

4–5 years of Salesforce development experience.

Strong knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, SOQL / SOSL.

Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST / SOAP APIs, middleware, Platform Events).

Solid understanding of Salesforce security model (profiles, roles, permission sets, sharing rules).

Hands-on experience with deployment tools (Change Sets, Gearset).

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Fluency in English with strong verbal and written communication (mandatory for client-facing interactions).

Ability to work independently in a remote setup while collaborating with global teams.

Willingness to work 6 PM – 3 AM IST (US time zone support).
