Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated Team Leader / Sales Manager for our East and North Bangalore offices . This is a full-time, on-site role for professionals with strong leadership skills and real estate sales experience.

The role focuses on managing a team of property advisors, achieving sales targets, mentoring team members, and building strong client and developer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of property advisors.
• Set and achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Manage end-to-end sales processes from lead generation to deal closure.
• Support team members with client interactions, negotiations, and site visits.
• Maintain strong relationships with developers and clients.
• Collaborate with marketing and presales teams for lead generation and tracking.
• Monitor team performance using CRM tools and sales dashboards.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and professional conduct.
