Job Summary :
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst with over 5 years of hands-on experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering business requirements, analyzing processes, and delivering data-driven solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem. You will serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring Salesforce solutions meet business goals efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Translate business needs into clear, detailed user stories and functional specifications for Salesforce solutions.
- Evaluate and propose enhancements to current Salesforce workflows, reports, dashboards, and integrations.
- Work closely with Salesforce administrators, developers, and third-party vendors to implement scalable solutions.
- Lead or support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) processes, including test plan creation and defect resolution.
- Provide ongoing support and training for end-users to maximize Salesforce adoption.
- Analyze data and generate reports to support business insights and decision-making.
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for Salesforce features and industry best practices.
- Ensure solutions comply with data governance and security standards.
- Monitor and maintain system performance, ensuring high availability and optimal user experience.
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Technology or equivalentMinimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on Salesforce CRM .Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and / or Experience Cloud.Experience with Salesforce configuration, data migration, and reporting tools (e.g., Reports, Dashboards, Lightning).Proven ability to create business requirement documents (BRDs), functional requirement documents (FRDs), and user stories.Hands-on experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Lucidchart, or Visio.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Preferred Qualifications :
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Business Analyst, or Platform App Builder).Familiarity with Agile / Scrum project methodologies.Experience with third-party Salesforce integrations (e.g., marketing automation, CPQ, e-commerce).Basic knowledge of Apex, SOQL, or other development-related aspects of Salesforce (nice to have).
