Role Overview : As a Flight Ticketing Executive, you will be responsible for handling customer travel queries, suggesting flight options, managing reservations, and ensuring smooth booking experiences. You will act as a trusted travel advisor, providing accurate information and efficient service to customers. Key Responsibilities :
• Respond to customer flight queries via phone, email, or in person
• Suggest flight options with fare details and applicable rules
• Make flight reservations accurately and efficiently
• Share ticket copies and confirmations with customers
• Complete web check-ins and assist customers with rescheduling or cancellations
• Maintain accurate booking and transaction records
• Coordinate with airlines and vendors for customer support as required Requirements :
• Qualification : Any Graduate (Travel & Tourism background preferred)
• Experience in flight reservations or ticketing will be an added advantage
• Good knowledge of airline fare rules and booking platforms (GDS experience preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and customer service orientation
