About the Company : Our Client : A start-up incubated at IISc’s AI & Robotics Technology Park, engaged in developing innovative hybrid VTOL UAV architectures aimed at transforming India’s mid-mile logistics sector for both civilian and strategic operations. The organization is supported by government funding under the start-up incubator program and is on a mission to redefine the future of aerial logistics.

About the Role : We’re looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join our team. In this role, you’ll manage a range of HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and statutory compliance — ensuring smooth and efficient HR operations across the organization.

Responsibilities :

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure a seamless candidate and new hire experience.
• Maintain accurate employee records, ensuring timely updates on compensation, benefits, and personal details.
• Support employee relations and help build a positive, transparent, and inclusive work culture.
• Administer performance management cycles — including goal setting, appraisals, and feedback processes.
• Coordinate learning and development programs to foster employee growth and capability building.
• Assist with payroll data collation (attendance, leaves, etc.) and ensure accuracy in HR documentation.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (Finance, IT, Legal) on audits, compliance, and employee initiatives.
• Ensure full compliance with statutory laws (PF, ESIC, PT, gratuity, LWF, POSH, and other labor acts).

Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Experience : 6 - 8 Years.
