About the Role
Continental Holdings, Inc. is seeking a dynamic and marketing-savvy professional to join the Kochi office as a Marketing Executive.
This role combines creative marketing expertise with strategic communication skills to manage and enhance Pan-India recruitment marketing initiatives for the company.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in promoting job opportunities, managing candidate engagement campaigns, coordinating digital presence, and supporting employer branding efforts to attract top talent across sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and monitor recruitment marketing campaigns across digital platforms (LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and email).
Develop creative content and visuals to promote open positions and employer branding initiatives.
Manage Pan-India recruitment coordination, ensuring timely communication between candidates and internal stakeholders.
Support the recruitment team with advertising strategy, campaign analytics, and market trend insights.
Maintain and enhance the company’s online presence through consistent, professional, and engaging updates.
Collaborate with internal teams to design marketing materials, newsletters, and communication templates.
Track engagement and performance metrics to continuously improve recruitment marketing effectiveness.
Assist in organizing career drives, digital campaigns, and brand visibility events as required.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration (Master’s preferred).
3–5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or employer branding — experience in recruitment or HR marketing is an advantage.
Strong proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media management, and content creation.
Excellent communication, organizational, and coordination skills.
Skills
Proficiency in MS Office, Canva / Photoshop, and basic analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.).
Creative mindset with attention to detail and brand consistency.
