Job descriptionMinimum education : Class 12 pass (Graduates preferred). Strong command of Hindi and English; knowledge of one regional language is an advantage. Friendly personality, good communication skills, and emotional intelligence. Comfortable appearing on video calls with a neat, presentable look. Prior experience in customer service, wellness, or hospitality is a plus. Competitive fixed salary + performance incentives. Full training and continuous skill development. About the Role

As a Happiness Executive / Conversation Partner, you will engage with customers over chat and video calls, helping them feel heard, valued, and positive through friendly, respectful, and uplifting conversations.
