About The Role
You'll be the first point of contact for potential homebuyers, connecting them with DTC Projects' residential complexes. Your main focus is engaging leads through calls, maintaining strong follow-up, and keeping our CRM system accurate and up-to-date. Think of yourself as the bridge between interested prospects and their future homes.
KRAs
Proactively call and engage new leads as well as nurture existing leads in the database
Maintain accurate, real-time updates of lead status and interactions in Salesforce
Develop and execute systematic follow-up strategies to move prospects through the sales funnel
Generate weekly reports on lead activity, conversion metrics, and pipeline status
Coordinate site visits and walkthroughs for interested prospects
Gather and document customer requirements and feedback to support the sales team
