About the Role
We are looking for a Lawyer specialized in HR and employment law to handle all staff-related legal and compliance matters within the company.
This role focuses entirely on personnel and labor law , ensuring that all processes comply with local regulations and company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and update employment contracts, offer letters, NDAs, and termination documents .
- Handle all HR-related legal documentation — hiring, onboarding, probation, salary revisions, leaves, dismissals, relocations, etc.
- Ensure compliance with Indian labor legislation , including employee benefits, data protection, and workplace policies.
- Advise management and HR on labor law risks, disciplinary actions, and dispute prevention.
- Maintain clear and legally compliant personnel record-keeping systems .
- Coordinate with external legal advisors when necessary.
- Support international HR operations (India / UAE / Europe) with correct document formats and legal consistency.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law (LLB or equivalent).2–5 years of experience in labor / employment law or HR legal consulting.Strong knowledge of Indian employment legislation and compliance procedures .Experience in preparing HR documentation and handling employment disputes.Excellent written and spoken English ; knowledge of Hindi is an advantage.Attention to detail, confidentiality, and structured communication.We Offer
