Job Title : Talent Acquisition Manager – US Recruitment (12–15+ Years Experience)
Overview :
Seeking a seasoned TA leader with 12–15+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, including strong exposure to blue-collar hiring in the US market. The role requires managing large teams, driving operational excellence, and ensuring high-quality delivery in a US shift (EST / PST) environment.
Key Requirements :
- 12–15+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition; strong hands-on end-to-end recruitment.
- Expertise in US hiring, especially blue-collar roles.
- Flexibility to work US shifts and manage teams working 7 days / week in rotation.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal & people management skills.
- High energy, passion, and demonstrated ability to meet recruitment targets.
- Neutral accent preferred; strong communication skills (verbal & written).
- Proficiency in MS Office; strong reporting & data analysis skills.
- Experience with job boards like Dice, CareerBuilder, Monster, and sourcing techniques including Boolean search.
- Experience working with US candidates & stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead a TA team of 2–3 TLs and 30–40 recruiters, ensuring day-to-day operational excellence.Achieve SLA / KPI targets and maintain high-quality service delivery.Build a high-performance culture; drive productivity, engagement, and retention.Manage remote / night-shift teams effectively and track performance.Partner with onshore teams for forecasting, workforce planning, and SLA management.Implement HR projects, support transitions, and drive continuous process improvement.Utilize Lean / Six Sigma quality tools for efficiency enhancement.Oversee training needs analysis, development initiatives, and succession planning.Act as an escalation point for critical issues and ensure customer expectations are met.Create rotation plans to support 7-day operations and ensure business continuity.Foster innovation to enhance recruitment delivery and operational maturity.
