Salesforce Service Cloud Tester

Job Summary : QA Engineers (Salesforce Service Cloud Project) Client : Salesforce Team : Service Cloud Quality Engineering Engagement Type : Short-term surge support (approx. 6 months) Timeline : Start by late November to support pre-holiday release Location : Bangalore, India Role Overview Support Salesforce's Service Cloud QA organization during a critical product release. Engineers will perform functional and integration testing for AI-enhanced features within Service Cloud, ensuring quality coverage across web and mobile platforms. Responsibilities Execute end-to-end functional and regression testing for Service Cloud features Review existing automation scripts (Selenium, Appium) and perform light maintenance as needed Coordinate test cycles across U.S. and India teams Validate integration flows with third-party and internal Salesforce tools Log and track defects using internal Salesforce systems Support rapid release timelines and communicate testing risks clearly Required Skills 5+ years of hands-on SDET with full stack experience. ( Java is must )

Strong background in functional or manual testing Exposure to automation frameworks such as Selenium and Appium Familiarity with Salesforce or other large-scale enterprise applications Experience testing AI-based or telecom-related product features (nice to have) Engagement Model 3-4 QA engineers Functional testing focus (initially manual) 6-month engagement with possible extension Based in Bangalore Immediate Next Step Please shortlist 3 to 5 qualified QA engineers located in Bangalore who meet the above criteria and are available to start before the end of November.
