Job Description : Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled Automation Engineer with hands-on experience in Salesforce application testing using Tricentis Tosca . The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts to ensure quality delivery of Salesforce solutions across multiple modules and integrations.

Key Responsibilities :

Design and implement test automation frameworks for Salesforce applications using Tricentis Tosca .

Identify, create, and maintain reusable Tosca modules for Salesforce Lightning and Classic UIs.

Automate Salesforce end-to-end business workflows , including integrations with third-party systems (APIs, middleware).

Collaborate with functional QA, developers, and business analysts to understand requirements and define test coverage.

Execute automated regression and smoke test suites as part of CI / CD pipelines.

Maintain and troubleshoot automation scripts for any UI or API-level changes.

Prepare detailed test documentation , results, and defect reports.

Participate in Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives).

Required Skills :

3+ years of experience in test automation with Tricentis Tosca .

Strong understanding of Salesforce platform ( Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Lightning components, Flows, etc.).

Experience with Tosca Salesforce Scan and handling dynamic Salesforce elements .

Knowledge of Tosca Commander , Test Case Design , Requirements , and Execution Lists .

Familiarity with API automation using Tosca or Postman.

Understanding of CI / CD tools (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Git).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good communication and collaboration abilities.
