Looking for 10-13 years of L1 Support experience
- Technically skilled in IIS, monitoring, and alerting tools Datadog ,
- Power automates(power script) , AWS / Azure, ticketing tools like ServiceNow or any tools
- They need to have certification of ITIL or minimum 5 years of ITIL processes followed in their support project , previous exp in 24 / 7 and 24 / 5 production L1 support projects
- Analyzing incidents or services , updating resolution notes
- Adaptability to learn new technologies like salesforce
- Excellent communication skills- since they should directly interact with stakeholders
- Experience in managing or handling managed service projects
