Job descriptionIntegrate ServiceNow with AI services and automation tools. Work in Agile teams, participate in sprint planning and demos. Strong ServiceNow development experience (JavaScript, Glide API). UI Builder, Service Portal, and API integrations. Knowledge of Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, ACLs, CMDB. Familiarity with AI / ML concepts and chatbot integrations. Understanding of Agile / DevOps practices. ServiceNow certifications (CAD, CIS in ITSM / ITOM). Experience with CI / CD, Git, Jenkins. Exposure to AI frameworks or autonomous workflows.
Description : Role Summary :
Looking for an experienced Full Stack ServiceNow Developer to build advanced workflows and AI-driven solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The role involves developing custom applications, integrating AI / ML capabilities, and creating modern UI / UX experiences.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and customize ServiceNow applications (ITSM, ITOM, SPM).
- Full stack development :
o Backend : Flow Designer, Script Includes, Business Rules, REST / SOAP APIs.
o Frontend : Service Portal, UI Builder, React components.
