We are expanding our on-ground sales team and seeking a dynamic professional to join us as Assistant Zonal Manager in the Health Insurance vertical.

Role Overview :

As an Assistant / Deputy Manager – Health Insurance Sales , you will be responsible for managing and driving a team of Team Leaders and Field Associates across the assigned region (Surat / Vadodara). You will ensure sales targets are achieved, team productivity is optimized, and the overall growth of the health insurance business in your zone is accelerated.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead, manage, and motivate the field sales team (Team Leaders & Associates) to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Drive business growth in the Health Insurance vertical for the assigned territory.
• Ensure effective implementation of sales strategies and processes.
• Monitor team performance, sales funnel, and conversions, providing timely coaching and feedback.
• Conduct regular market visits and joint calls with the team to ensure productivity and customer engagement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory guidelines, and ethical sales practices.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to plan business expansion and achieve regional goals.
• Maintain strong knowledge of local market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
