Zonal Retail Manager will predominantly manage the Mi Promoter program for the offline channel at Zonal Level. Zonal Retail Manager will play an integral part in nurturing promoters while coordinating with the sales teams to execute the sell-out operations. You will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating the performance of the TLs and promoters, providing feedback, and fostering a positive and motivated team environment.
Zonal Retail Manager Job Duties
Outlets identification to deploy promoters in coordination with sales team
Managed promoters and TLs productivity and performance
Coordination with respective Sales Team to Execute the Sellout operations
Analyze sell-through and sellout data to give actionable insights on performance improvement of bottom performers
Responsible for Promoter hygiene (To be driven through TLs)
Proficiently Drive Affordability in the respective Zone (Retailer mapping and onboarding with various finance partners and escalation handling)
Coordinate with manpower agencies on hiring, exit and payout issues
Support internal teams in coordination with various Manpower agencies
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement and stay ahead in the market.
Regular Market Visits to Facilitate Sellout Operations
