Location : Noida (Work From Office)

Shift : Night Shift | 5 Days Working | Cab Facility Available

Job Summary :

We are seeking a passionate and problem-solving Technical Support Agent to join our global support team. In this role, you will provide high-quality technical assistance to customers, troubleshoot complex issues, and contribute to team projects and documentation. You’ll work across various communication channels including email, chat, and phone, ensuring a consistent enterprise-level support experience.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Handle technical customer issues with urgency and ownership.
  • Troubleshoot using documentation, logs, and tools to identify root causes.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve complex cases and share knowledge.
  • Support proactive and reactive customer interactions across multiple channels.
  • Empower customers by guiding them on platform capabilities and best practices.
  • Contribute to internal and external documentation and team initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience :

  • 2+ years of technical support or equivalent experience.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and customer presence.
  • Experience with cloud applications and RESTful services.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and programming languages (e.G., SaaS, JavaScript, Python, Ruby, Java, C#).
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
  • Flexibility to work outside standard business hours.
