Chotteylal & Sons, a legacy brand since 1950, is expanding its Silver Coins & Bars division and looking for a dynamic Sales Head to lead the department.

✨ Role OverviewAs Sales Head, you

’ll be responsible for driving revenue growth, building and managing sales strategies, and leading a team focused on 999 fine silver coins & bars—one of the fastest-growing segments in the gifting and retail industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage

sales operations for silver coins & bars

& retail client relationships

e seasonal & festive campaigns (Diwali, Rakhi, Weddings, etc.)

gets, commission structures, and conversion rates

✅ Requirements

ven sales experience (preferably in retail, luxury, or gifting industry)

ip & negotiation skills

ge team targets and conversions

ion skills (English & Hindi)

Salary : ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month (plus performance-based incentives)
