Post : Marketing Executive-Trainee

Responsibility :

Familiarize yourself with all products and services offered by our company.
Procuring new clients through social media, cold calls, and email marketing.
Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
Suggest upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients.

Requirements :

Intuitive and insightful, particularly regarding human behavior.

Neat, well-groomed appearance.

Great networking skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication.

Emboldened by challenges.

Qualification required : Any Graduate with computer knowledge.

Timing : 10 : 00 am – 7 : 00 pm (Mon – Saturday)

Salary : Rs. 12,000 to Rs. 15,000 (Basic + Variable) + Incentive + Travell allowance for prospectus visits

Language : English & Bengali

Job Location : Laketown, Kolkata-89

Selection Process : Telephonic and Virtual or face-to-face interviews.

Probation period : Three months to 06 months

On-the-job Training : 60 days (Mon to Sat) with a stipend of Rs. 12,000.

Increment Yearly 10% to 20% and Performance bonus + Yearly Bonus
