Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Windows Administrator / Infrastructure Specialist to manage and maintain our enterprise IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Windows Server Administration , automation scripting , and infrastructure monitoring to ensure system reliability, performance, and security.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and maintain Windows Server environments (2012 / 2016 / 2019 / 2022).
• Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and WSUS.
• Perform user account management, access control, and permissions setup.
• Troubleshoot and resolve server, storage, and network-related issues.
• Implement and monitor system performance, backups, and patch management.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
• Manage virtualization platforms (VMware / Hyper-V).
• Ensure system security compliance and coordinate with security teams for audits.
• Support incident, change, and problem management processes as per ITIL standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support infrastructure projects and deployments.
