Role Overview
We are looking for highly motivated
Key Account Managers
to take complete ownership of KodNest & KodCampus programs at assigned partner colleges. This role demands end-to-end responsibility — from onboarding to student success to placements — ensuring a seamless experience for students, colleges, and hiring partners.
Responsibilities
College & Student Engagement
Act as the
primary point of contact
for the assigned college(s).
Manage onboarding of students into KodNest / KodCampus programs.
Build strong relationships with college management, faculty, and placement officers.
Regularly interact with students to ensure engagement, motivation, and smooth learning journeys.
Collect structured feedback from students and colleges to drive continuous improvement.
Placement & Career Outcomes
Work with placement teams to ensure students are
job-ready and successfully placed
before graduation.
Support students with resume building, assessments, interview preparation, and placement drives.
Track and report student placement progress and outcomes transparently.
Project Management & Reporting
Handle end-to-end execution of KodNest / KodCampus initiatives at the college level.
Prepare and share
weekly progress reports
with internal stakeholders.
Conduct
monthly review visits
to colleges to present performance updates.
Ensure timely resolution of issues raised by students or college management.
Ownership & Accountability
Take complete responsibility for program delivery, student success, and placement targets.
Collaborate with internal teams (L&D, Placement, Student Success) to align outcomes.
Ensure
zero dropouts, high student satisfaction, and strong placement performance .
Candidate Profile
Experience : 2–6 years in client / account management, student engagement, campus relations, or education services.
Education : Graduate / Postgraduate (MBA in Marketing / Operations / Education preferred).
Skills Required :
Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
High empathy with students and strong problem-solving ability.
Ability to prepare and present reports / dashboards effectively.
Proficiency in English and regional languages is a plus.
Traits : Ownership mindset, target-driven, people-centric, willing to travel for periodic college visits.

Placement outcomes (% of students placed).
Timely resolution of student / college issues.
