Key Responsibilities :
We're seeking Team-member(s) who can help us scale 10X in revenue and new clients in the next 3 years in the Higher Education Technology solutions domain. You will be engaging with key decision-makers, communicating compelling value propositions for Academic Operations Process Automation Solutions with a focus on Student success, alleviating operations pain-points, bringing in operational efficiencies in HEI, and closing complex deals.

Ideal Profile
1. We are seeking MBA graduates from Tier-1 colleges who are keen to grow the world of B2B SaaS sales and Solution consulting.
2. Proven Experience in Sales / GTM for about 1-3 years
3. Have Real Patience and Strategy to drive complex sales cycles (6-12 months) with multiple stakeholders.
4. Strong negotiation, presentation, and powerful communication skills (written and oral in English
5. Comfortable working with data and insights
6. Comfortable to travel (minimum 25% of the time)

1. Currently, the founders are leading the Sales. You will be the first Hire in the Sales team.
2. This role has fantastic learning opportunities, and you will report directly to the Founder (Sales Head).
