Job descriptionServe as the primary point of contact for clients, business leaders, and internal teams. Conduct regular status reviews, steering committee meetings, and executive briefings. Maintain alignment between business goals and technical delivery. Implement program governance frameworks, quality controls, and audit readiness. Ensure adherence to organizational processes, SDLC, and delivery standards. Drive continuous improvement across teams. Manage, mentor, and guide Project Managers and cross-functional technical teams. Optimize resource utilization and workforce planning across the program. Build collaboration across Engineering, QA, Operations, Product, and Infrastructure teams. Identify risks early and implement mitigation and contingency plans. Lead RCA discussions for critical issues and ensure preventive action implementation. Handle escalations and communicate resolutions effectively. 10–15 years of experience in Program Management or Project Management. Proven success leading large, multi-workstream, enterprise-level programs . Strong stakeholder engagement and leadership presence. Expertise in Agile / Scrum and Waterfall delivery models. Hands-on experience with tools like Jira, MS Project, Confluence, Excel, or similar. Excellent documentation, reporting, and presentation skills. Technical background in Software Development, Cloud, DevOps, Data, or Infrastructure. Certifications : PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, SAFe, PMI-ACP. Experience working with US clients or offshore / onsite delivery models. Lead strategic programs with global impact Remote flexibility Collaborative, growth-oriented environment

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Program Manager (10–15 years) to lead complex, multi-team programs and drive seamless delivery across multiple workstreams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and proven experience managing large-scale enterprise programs.

- Define program strategy, milestones, resource planning, and governance structure.
- Ensure programs are delivered on time, within scope, and under budget.
