The Manager / Sr Manager HRBP will oversee Employee Life Cycle Management and manage end-to-end HR operations for West India. We seek an experienced, dynamic, and business-oriented HR professional who can align HR practices with organizational goals.
- Perform duties as assigned by the Management.
- Facilitate grievance handling and develop sustainable solutions.
- Manage end-to-end HR operations for designated function(s) of employees.
- Work with managers and associates to identify and address performance-related issues.
- Lead hiring for all positions to address talent gaps and secure key talent as per business requirements.
- Support managers on corrective actions, including Performance Improvement Plans and disciplinary matters.
- Identify process and capability gaps to improve alignment, enhance productivity and minimise redundancies.
- Ensure flawless execution of people and talent productivity enhancement strategies that support business objectives.
- Track and drive focused L&D initiatives;
collaborate with stakeholders to design governance plans and measure program effectiveness.
Plan and conduct employee engagement activities at all levels;detect early signs of disengagement through skip-level meetings and other forums.
Qualification & Experience
🎓 Education : MBA / PGDM in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
💼 Experience : 10 + years in HR Business Partnering, HR Operations and Talent Management
