Key Responsibilities
Onboarding & Initial Learning (First 90 Days)
- Immerse yourself in SailPoint's offerings, organizational structure, and team dynamics.
- Conduct regular check-ins with your mentor to learn tools, processes, and ongoing projects.
- Shadow senior team members to understand customer engagement, troubleshooting, and issue resolution best practices.
- Shadow an ongoing Base Connectivity project throughout its lifecycle.
Execution & Relationship Building (3–6 Months)
Take ownership of delivering Base Connectivity projects with guidance from a Senior Consultant / Solution Architect.Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders (Delivery Services, Customer Success) and external stakeholders (customers and partners).Participate in demos, best practices, and presentation skills training.Explore and leverage knowledge bases to support project delivery and technical tasks.Independent Project Delivery & Mentorship (6–12 Months)
Independently work on Base Connectivity projects, providing recommendations and best practice advice.Gain exposure to various technical deliverables and continue learning on the job.Lead large-scale, cross-functional customer engagements, ensuring successful execution and customer satisfaction.Mentor Associate Consultants and Consultants, demonstrating best-in-class performance.Act as an advisor for customers, aligning project goals with Time-to-Value metrics and long-term customer objectives.Skills Required
